Manual re-triggering of Quiklink tasks from the UI (11241)

    • Addition of a button for each Quiklink, allowing users to manually re-trigger tasks that may have encountered errors.
    • Visibility of the re-trigger button exclusively when the Quiklink is in the Active state.
