Updates:

In App Help

  • Fly out help menu for contextual help per page is now available in the product.
    • The help pages are accessed by clicking on the question mark next to the alerts icon in the top right section of the page.

Video Tutorials

  • Video library focused on specific feature training for the platform is now available.
    • The video tutorials are accessed by clicking on the question mark next to the alerts icon in the top right of the page.
      • Click “Video Tutorials” and you will be taken to a page that has all of the available help videos.
        • New videos will be added on a regular basis.

Update the Auditor settings/permissions (10280)

  • The Auditor permissions have changed.
    • Auditor permissions only include consumer (or requestor) search page.  On this page, an auditor, will only have access to compliance activity, not specific personal information.

Automated Privacy Policy Generator (10354)

  • This feature also the organization to define multiple privacy policies.  Each privacy policy allows you to fill out pertinent information to generate a privacy policy.

Updated handling of access to pages that an organization is not subscribed to (10466)

  • As the platform grows in capabilities and depth of offering, Truyo will no longer “hide” features that are not available based on your subscription.  The platform will provide information about the feature and instructions on how to enable, providing you with visibility into new major enhancements that might otherwise not be available.

Added the Right to Opt Out of Automation requests for Virginia and Colorado (10437)

  • Right to opt out of Automation is now available as a supported request for Virginia and Colorado data privacy laws. The initial setting for these request types are “disabled”.  To enable these features, review the “Regulation and Features” page.

Added $EFFECTIVE_REGULATION tag to the task reminder email (10438)

  • For organizations that leverage advanced email templates, the “Effective Regulation” tag is available for  use in the task reminder email template

Reporting by sub-brand now available (10419)

  • The product now allows reports by sub-brand if your organization is setup as a multi-brand organization.

Global delete update (10435)

  • In the event that all tasks are completed, but with some rejected tasks, the consumers privacy account will be deleted upon completion of the request.
