Updates:

Performance updates for Quiklink (9731)

  • With this update we have implemented a save as you go approach for speed and to avoid any accidental page exits. Any changes made will be saved as soon as they are made so no need to endlessly scroll to the bottom of the page or back to the top in order to save any changes you made.

CMMC Assessments updates (9482, 9433, 9483)

  • CMMC clients that use Egnyte have the ability to pre populate questions that are already satisfied based on their relationship using the Egnyte Enclave.
    • In order to start this process you must first login to the Truyo organization portal > Configure > Egnyte Authentication > complete the section to get your bearer token. Instructions are provided on the page.
    • Next you will go to Assessments > Framework > Add New (button) > Select CMMC Level 1 or Level 2
    • The selected assessment type will now be available to edit. Open the assessment > Settings (Pill on top row) > Select Storage method (in this case Egnyte) > Fill in the Document storage path > Fill in the email address associated with the Egnyte account > Press Pre Populate > this will start the pre population process presented with a progress update on the page.
  • The ability to upload artifact documents directly to your protected Egnyte environment.
  • Save as you go feature automatically saves the question as soon as it is answered so there is no risk of the questionnaire not being saved by accident. All answers are editable up until the final approval.

Truyo Connector limit (9833)

  • This update now limits each organization to one Truyo task connector (used to ensure tasks are created and completed) to avoid any issues with Quiklinks being able to process their requests appropriately.

Update Slack connector parameters (9861)

  • Updated the slack connector to support a change made by slack to their API that included scim host variable

Fixed the timing of the cookie pop up (9857)

  • Updated the timing to close the popup as soon as the save button is pressed instead of waiting for the call to complete in the background. This provides a better user experience.

Updating 429 error handling for connectors (9903)

  • This update allows the connector to continue retries in the event of a connector reaching pre set limits from the source.

Update the Shopify connector (9919)

  • Updated the Shopify connector to reflect the updates made by Shopify to their API’s adding the need for the admin API access token

Email template updates (9848, 9856, 9862, 9914)

  • Updated the default email templates to fix some missing tags, formatting and some redirects not working correctly.

Security updates:

Ongoing security updates (9874, 9875,9868,9896)

  • As part of our aggressive and proactive security plan, we have increased security around the platform.
    • No confirmed attacks related to the issued updated to date. However, certain vulnerabilities could be exploited if the correct access was obtained.

Bug fixes:

Framework Assessment flow update (9845)

  • During the add or renew flow we removed the modal that was being used to select the assessment. Now you are taken to a page that you select the available assessment.

Quiklinks stuck in scanning state intermittently (9942)

  • On occasion a Quiklink connector would get stuck in scanning status due to how it was being tracked in the database causing an overwrite that was not correct.
