Truyo 6.4.0 Release notes

Updates:

  • Employment availability is now offered as a selectable option within each regulation (11221).
    • Users can now choose the specific regulations they wish to support for Employment-related requests from the regulations and features section.
    • Management of Employment-related requests can be done through user-level permissions, and added as a system owner.
  • The selection of regulations is now available on the systems page (11136).
    • Each system is capable of supporting specific regulations.
  • Bulk conditional output rules (10985) have been introduced.
    • Users can create conditional outputs for multiple regulations and request types in a single entry.
    • Rules have been implemented to prioritize specific outputs over wildcard entries.
      • If the system, regulation, or request type is specified, the entered value will be accepted as is.
      • If none of the above are selected, it will be assumed to apply to all.
      • The bulk deletion of rules is now available, with no impact on the current rules set.
  • Alert functionality has been added to notify Truyo support of any issues with an organization’s SMTP settings (11202).
    • An automatic email will be sent to Truyo support when SMTP fails.
    • This alert will trigger once every 24 hours until the issue is resolved, creating a support ticket each time.
  • A usability update has been made to the Regulation/Request feature (11153).
    • A status banner indicating whether a regulation is active or inactive is displayed on the regulation page.
      • If a regulation is active, all related request types will be displayed in their respective places.
      • If a regulation is inactive, the selected request types will not be shown outside the regulations and features settings section.
  • Users now have the ability to skip specific steps in the cookie plugin configuration setup (10957).

    • To date, there have been no confirmed attacks related to the issues updated.
