The search page gives an admin or other role that has access to personal data the ability to search for a requester by a number of identifying keys.

About Consumer Search:

At times you may need to locate a specific consumer in order to manage requests or the data you hold. The Consumer Search will allow you to use key identifiers to search for specific individuals.
