The request feature allows you to manage all consumer data privacy requests for all data privacy regulations enabled by your organization that are being handled by the automated DSAR response process.

About the Automated DSAR Response Feature:

Our privacy tool automates the entire data subject access request process from intake to fulfillment. It is a truly touch-less DSAR response flow, even effectuating changes and making deletions, or performing anonymization based on your consumers’ requests.  Each step of the automated process and all subsequent documentation are designed in compliance with all current privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA, and will also be updated to maintain compliance with emerging legislation such as CPRA and VCDPA. 

Your privacy team will be able to see all incoming requests, monitor open tasks from new requests, and report on completed requests from the administrative dashboard.
