Updates:

Forgot password flow update:(9877)

• Updating the forgot password flow in both portals to be more in line with updated security protocols
  • Click the forgot password link results in an Email sent to the email address supplied.  By clicking  link provided in the email the user will be redirected to the change password page. 

Allowing the “+” to be part of the email address: (9936)

• Emails with a “+” are now allowed in the request intake form.

Removed the counter on the Quiklink rules page: (9980)

• Removed the counter that was previously on the Quiklink rules page as well as made the view a single line view for each section.
  • This page will be undergoing an overhaul in the look and usability in the coming months.

Removed the Risk profiles from the Assessment Navigation: (9941)

• Removed the Risk profile option at this time. We will be retooling this area to be a dashboard view in the near future.

Addition of the Automation user to the UI (9894)

• The automation user role has been added to the UI and can be set up by an organization on their own.  This role is specifically for use with connectors created for the Truyo Platform.  These accounts will not be able to manually log into the portal.

Security updates:

Ongoing security updates: (9871, 9869, 9873, 9872, 9876, 9870)

• As part of our aggressive and proactive security plan, we have increased security around the platform.
  • To date, there have been no confirmed attacks related to the issues updated.

• Request type selection not saving for Quiklinks (9954)
• Rules page selection not showing in quiklinks table section (9979)

Fixes that were added to the 4.9.0 release: 

• Rules page not displaying at all in the QA environment. 
• Quiklink values are inconsistent with DB values (10019)
• Quiklink stuck in review status (10008)
• Quiklinks showing not found on the list page for SSO or Regular login organizations (9965)
